The conference fee is calculated with VAT and includes scientific programme, Welcome Party, Programme booklet and Abstracts, Conference Dinner, the cost of refreshments (coffee/tea breaks), cultural events (1 excursion and concert), and a Prague Guidebook. For an accompanying person the conference fee includes Welcome Party, the Conference Dinner and cultural events (1 excursion and concert). The Conference Dinner is not included in the 1 day Conference fee. This payment should be arranged with Organizing Commitee.
Besides the excursion included in the conference fee the participants can make reservations of paid sightseeing walks. For information on Prague Walks for ESAS & 15th CSSC click here.
Lunches will be served on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday at the conference venue – Hotel Diplomat Praha. Breakfast is included in the price of accommodation.
Near the Diplomat Hotel (5 minutes walk) Bageterie Boulevard is situated, where you will receive a 10 % discount of the price of your meal. Nearby the Diplomat Hotel there is a pub „Kulaťák“, which offers a 20 % discount on meal. The discount coupons you will get together with conference materials at the registration desk.
Conference fee payments should be made until January 30, 2014
In case of cancellation the conference fee will not be refunded. There is however the option to replace with another participant. Payments can be made in cash on site but only in Czech crowns.
